In my country, we are obligated to take an MMR that includes more than one of our required immunizations. Why are these immunizations not listed separately on the health check sheet? Should I complete only the MMR part?
If the vaccination you received covers more than one immunization, including MMR, but you cannot find the other immunizations on the health check sheet, you can mark only MMR.If you couldn't find an answer to your question or concern,
