I'm not from a partner university, so am I still able to join the program.
Even if you are not from a partner university, you are still able to participate in the program as long as your home university agrees to send you to our institute.
However, please ask the international office at your home university to contact us first.
If there is no international office, the student affairs and other administrative section can be the responsible section for sending you.
If you cannot find any administrative section, we may accept your supervisor as the responsible person for sending you.
The partner university list can be found on the following website. We update this website once in a year, so please note it may not be the latest partner university list.
Please also note that the program fees will be charged for non-partner university students.
