　本学では、各学科、コースごとの専任教員公募において研究分野を限定しておりません。これは、従来の学問分野の区分けに捉われず、未来に向けて発展の可能性がある研究者を広くお迎えしたい、との意図によります。応募ご検討中の皆様におかれましては、本学Webサイト等にて教育・研究の方針、目標をご覧いただき、出身学科や現職ポジションにかかわらず教育・研究方針に共感いただける学科、コースに積極的にご応募ください。
　なお、教育カリキュラムの連続性を保つため、着任の際に担当いただく科目分野については公募要領内で明示しております。担当予定科目が現在または将来のご研究分野と必ずしも合致しなくても、それらの科目の授業が十分可能であれば応募資格を満たす、とご了解ください。

　Shibaura Institute of Technology (SIT) does not limit the fields of research in the recruitment of full-time faculty members for each department and course.
　It is our intention to welcome researchers who have potentials for future development and not to limit the opportunities by the conventional academic field divisions. We encourage all prospective applicants to visit our website to learn more about our educational and research policies/goals, and to apply to any department or course in which you share the same research vision with, regardless of the department from which you graduated or the position you currently hold.
　In order to maintain the continuity of the educational curriculum, the subject areas you will be in charge of are clearly indicated in the job application guidelines. Please note that even if the courses you are expected to teach do not necessarily match your current or future research field, you are qualified to apply as long as you have full capabilities in teaching those courses.
