Multimedia Information Network Laboratory

Join us in designing information networks for the future society

To realize a human-centered future society, Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS), a new paradigm of utilizing information technology, are highly anticipated. CPS integrates cyber space and the physical world in an advanced manner, enabling the use of AI to address various social challenges. Our laboratory conducts research toward the development of CPS. We explore technologies such as community networks that are automatically formed around one’s location, vehicle-to-pedestrian communication that ensures safety by sharing positional information, and digital twin systems that virtualize entire cities through spatial sensing. Join us in researching information network technologies that will make future smart cities a reality.
