Research on integrated photonic devices
The rapid proliferation of the internet has made it essential to have optical communication systems using optical fibers. Waveguide-type photonic devices, fiber-type photonic devices play a very important roll in the field of optoelectronics. Development of waveguide-type photonic devices, integrating techonologies for photonic integrated circuits, optical sensing by fiber-type photonic devices have been investigated in Integrated Photonic Device Laboratory.
