Sports Science Laboratory

Providing assistance for improving sports performances

We have been conducting research on the ways to help improve the performance of soccer and futsal players ranging from professional players belonging to J.League (soccer) and F.League (futsal) to senior players aged 70 or over. Specifically, we have been analyzing their games and trainings and measure their physical strengths, in addition to conducting research on how effective sports supplements (in particular, creatine) are in boosting the power of players and facilitating recovery from fatigue.

FOR SOCIETY

In recent years, we have had many chances to see information related to sports, but not all of them were accurate. We transmit accurate information about sports by conducting analyses of people actually playing sports.

RESEARCH THEMES

  • Provision of support to improve the competitive power of soccer and futsal players.
  • Research on the use of creatine supplements by players.
