Good design is built on good stories
Regardless of the design field, such as product design, UX design or service design, in order to create good design, it is important to know the users well, to know ourselves (Brand) well, and to know the background (society, culture etc.) well. From there, we can create good stories and experiences. So how can we "get to know the users"? How can we "create stories"? And how can we create 'good design' upon them? This is the basis of our research.
