On November 28, 2023, a delegation from the President of King Mongkut's University of Technology (KMUTT), one of the SIT partner universities, visited Shibaura Institute of Technology (SIT).
KMUTT is one of the leading national engineering universities in Thailand, with campuses in Bangkok and its suburbs.
KMUTT has been one of the most closely associated universities with SIT since the signing of an agreement in 2006, and its exchange activities are diverse, including language training, gPBL, exchange programs, and faculty exchange.
After a campus tour, the group joined Prof. Yamada, SIT President, Prof. Nakamura, Dean of Graduate School of Engineering and Prof. Kimura, Director of the Center for International Programs to discuss future plans to strengthen relations and expand collaboration between universities.
