[Important Update] Campus Facilities and Student Services due to Typhoon No. 6

Due to the approaching Typhoon No. 6, please note the following measures for today (June 2) and Wednesday, June 3.

1. Today (June 2)

  1. Late-night work is not permitted.
  2. All students must leave campus by 10:00 PM.

2. Office Closures (June 3)

The following offices will be closed for the entire day at both Toyosu and Omiya campuses.

・Student Affairs / Academic & Student Affairs Offices
・Graduate School Office
・Scholarship Office
・Career Support Office
・International Affairs Office
・Information Innovation Center Service Desk
・Library

3. Facilities and Services (June 3)

  1. The university co-op will be completely closed.
  2. The gymnasium and athletic gym will be closed (not available for use).

4. Extracurricular Activities (June 3)

● All classrooms and facilities reserved for extracurricular activities will be cancelled.

 

Students are advised to prioritize their safety and refrain from unnecessary outings or coming to campus.
