Nanostructured Materials Laboratory

Nanostructured Systems for Energy and Health

Research in our laboratory focuses on addressing challenging topics in the energy and healthcare sectors. In the renewable energy field, our efforts aim to synthesize and characterize nanostructured molecular materials that can be used as catalysts in the next generation high capacity batteries and water electrolyzers. In the healthcare sector, our research focuses on the smartphone-enabled biomedical analytics. One of the example is the development of a method for measuring potassium ions in blood plasma. We work on those subjects in collaboration with researchers in Europe, Indonesia, USA, and African countries. Please join us, together we can make a difference!
